2. Service Description

KIQ is an omnichannel customer service platform that centralizes conversations from multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) into a unified interface for efficient customer support management.

3. TikTok Login Kit Integration

TikTok Login Kit Terms

KIQ integrates with TikTok Login Kit to provide secure customer authentication. By using this feature:

  • You authorize KIQ to access basic profile information (username and profile picture) through the user.info.basic scope.
  • This data is used solely for user authentication and identification within the KIQ platform.
  • We do not post content on TikTok, access your followers or following lists, or read your private messages.
  • You can revoke KIQ's access to your TikTok data at any time through your TikTok account settings.

You agree not to use TikTok Login Kit for any unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: data scraping, fake accounts, spam, or any activity that violates TikTok's Terms of Service.

We comply with all TikTok Developer Policies.

4. User Account and Responsibilities

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
  • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the KIQ platform for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming others.
  • Interfering with the security or integrity of our service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to KIQ, including software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
